Apple Slices

(5) Whenever you are using ground beef...add black beans to extend it
(6) Start now adding beans to your diet so your bodies are use to them in an emergency

(1) Use powdered milk in your baking. Anytime a recipe calls for milk use your powdered milk.
(2) Use half the powdered milk and half regular milk for drinking
(3) Add a little vanilla and sugar to powdered milk to improve taste if needed
(4) Always allow milk to cool in the refrigerator before serving
