This link is to the video shown at the end of the Relief Society Technology Boutique. Rita did a great job showing us all that LDS.org has to offer. I can't wait to get internet. We also reviewed Facebook Etiquette and the following rules:
1. Don’t try to be
cool, be you!!
2.
Take time to think about what you want to post and then run it by someone else,
such as your parent or a good friend. Boundaries
apply in the social media world as well.
3.
Make fun of yourself and only tease or have fun with those you know well or
those you know can handle it.
4. Make sure to check your splelgin and grammar before posting.
5. What you “Like” and what you comment on says something about you.
6. Remember this is a public forum: (1.13 trillion likes since 2009, 219 billion photos posted since 2009)
If facebook was a country it would be the third largest.
7. Be prepared, you may learn you are left out of something, ie. Birthday party.
8. Not everyone will accept your friend request (it doesn’t mean anything) and you do not have to accept every friend request.

9. It’s okay to spend a lot of time looking at different facebook pages and status updates before you decide to post anything.
10. The key to having a positive online reputation is being a good digital citizen; behaving civilly and respectfully towards others online and sharing positive and true information about oneself in blogs, social network, and other social media.
